USA & Canada

We ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS to anywhere within the US and Canada within 3-7 business days. Give us 1-2 business days to prepare your framebuilding materials. 

$10 Flat Rate anywhere in the US.

$25 Flat Rate to Canada.


We love to support builders internationally. Shipping times generally take 4-10 business days. Express shipping is available upon request.

$50 to Europe and Asia

$40 to South America

$100 to Australia

If you don't see a shipping rate in the checkout for your country, please fill out our Shipping Quote Form for an accurate quote. 

Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price nor shipping cost. These charges are local to each country and your responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs to determine if there will be additional costs.


Shipment & Tracking

We will update your tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at


Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.


Our 30 day returns and exchange policy starts from the day you receive your order. Returned items will be inspected to determine that they are in unused, resalable condition. If upon inspection the items are deemed to be in unsalable condition or have been altered in any way, your refund or exchange credit will be subject to approval. Due to the nature of shipping raw bamboo, tubing that crack due to climatic changes during shipment are excluded from this return policy.


Instructions for Returns & Exchanges

Important Note: Do not ship your order back before completing this instructions below. We cannot be responsible for shipments that do not follow our processes -- improper shipping may impact our ability to refund you.


1. With your return order #, email us at
2. For an exchange, let us know the item number(s) you are interested in
3. Wait for us to send you the return address and RMA number
4. Send back the item(s) via Fedex, UPS or US Postal
5. Email us the tracking number




If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
